360 is managed by President & CEO, Yvette Ingraham.  She is the primary trainer and coordinator with over 25 years of experience in the field of Customer Service, Business Management and Insurance.  She is a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of Canada and holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami.  She is an Accredited Trainer with The Chartered Insurance Institute.  She has held numerous senior posts in the areas of Customer Service, Operations, Strategic Planning, Project Management and Business Management.
